A few guidelines:

  1. Once we receive your request, we will place it on the First Lady's calendar as tentative. We will call you with confirmation at least six weeks before your event. If your event is less than six weeks out, we will do our best to give you an indication of availability at initial request. If you have not been contacted within that time, please contact Nancy Evans at (208) 334-2100 or nevans@gov.idaho.gov.
  2. Please keep in mind that First Lady Otter's schedule may change at any time, based on current State needs and responsibilities at the time. If this occurs, we apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
  3. Any press releases, sound bytes, printed material, etc that use First Lady Otter's name or quotes must be approved by the Office of the Governor before being distributed. If you are unwilling to do this, the First Lady will be unable to participate in your event. Submission of this form indicates that you understand and accept these terms.
