Proclamation was in honor of Dee Fery who is retiring this June after 12 yearsas a commissioner with the Idaho Commission on the Arts. She is a former past chair of the Governor’s Awards for Excellence in the Arts, and won a Governor’s Award for DistinguishedService and Support of the Arts in 1996. She is a 2006 winner of the Distinguished Public ServiceAward from the National Assembly of State Arts Agencies.
