The Governor and First Lady Lori Otter meet with Rabbi Mendel Lifshitz and his wife Esther. The Rabbi is the Director of the Chabad Jewish Center in Boise. He discussed cultural issues as well as presented the Governor and First Lady with a gift in honor of Chanukah the Jewish Holiday. |
Rabbi Mendel Lifshitz and his wife Esther present the Governor and First Lady with a Menorah in honor of the Jewish Holiday of Chanukah. The Menorah is one of the oldest and most recognizable symbols of the Jewish faith.
